Product Care

You have made a significant investment purchasing your WoW Floating Mat. You can protect that investment by looking after your mat so it can provide a number of years of enjoyment for you, your family and friends.

The WoW Floating Mat is made from cross linked polyethylene foam and does not require any other flotation device or air.

Sunlight or UV Rays can lead to fading of the mat, but this will not have an impact on the use of your mat.

When storing for extended periods (e.g. during colder winter months), we recommend you rinse your mat with fresh water to remove sand and other material such as dirt, let dry, roll up and store out of the sun and rain.

Never tow your mat behind a boat, jet ski etc. as it has not been designed for that purpose and is likely to get damaged and cause injury.

Never jump onto the mat from a height such as a boat or wharf as this will likely damage the mat and may cause injury.

Do not stretch the bungee/shock cord system as it may cause injury and pull mounting out of mat. Bungee /shock cord is designed to allow the mat to move with the current and wind when attached to a boat or similar object.
